Hey Jeff et al,

my collegue found a couple of more things when we started using 4.2beta1.

* The left menu does not look streamlined because the module icons do 
not have equal widths and so the text does not start at the same location.
   - Solution: wrap each icon in another <span> tag and then give it a 
width of 20pixel. With that we can also remove the space between <img> 
and text.

* Some icons in the pagetree docheader and the docheader still have 
white border around it.

* CSH in the second row of the docheader looks different. Probably 
because of a different line height.
   Solution: set a fixed line-height for all CSHs in the BE in 
stylesheet.css

* Icons in the second row do not sit at the same vertical position as 
the text (maybe related to the line-height thing).

Everything noticed in FF2.
