Well, I don't know what tm_shared_lib is used for, but the "topapps"
will be removed from the 4.1 branch. Thus, no TYPO3 4.1.x release will
contain this feature. But "topapps" will remain in Trunk and could
probably be part of TYPO3 4.2.
