[TYPO3-dev] PATCH: dbal and mssql

Hi.

The patch fixes the problem already reported on this list that the
page tree does not work correctly when using dbal/mssql. I've
attached it to the respective bug report:

A quick check revealed no further problems and it seems as if typo3
is actually usable with mssql. Thanks to everyone who worked on this!
