that's bug which is easy to fix - in fact fixed in tm_contentaccess

very easi to do! I have wondere why that has not done!

In fact I have done that in proper way but I don't have made patch 
proposal about this issue. My current solution works really fine but
it is not in fact exactly the correct solution.
