Hi Peter

I also begin to think that this will be a solution.
My intensions described in the other post seems to be harder to 
accomplish than I thought.
Limiting access by not including the moduleFunction in ext_tables.php 
seems not to be an option, as it doesn't seem to be possible to check 
for admin status there.

So I might work on separating the Constant Editor from tstemplate soon...
If no better solutions comes to mind...
