You are right on track. Leadership in teams are very often like this. One 
doing the coordination and organisational stuff. Another inspiring, motivating 
and pointing the direction.

I agree! Coordination is very often a full time job. But I also think that 
using the right tools (groupware), and not neccessarly TYPO3, a volunteer 
with commitment can help doing great coordination in teams/crew that lacks 
it today. But the teams need to understand that this task are demanding, 
and this person probably newer would make any coding lines or document that 
shows up in the end result.

I think your point are near bulls eye. But these coordinators should also 
have the ability to communicate and inspire.

>From outside it looks like it does. Should been interesting to do a survey 
on the core team to look for abilities and working pattern that could be 
used for making other teams better. Also in a community like TYPO3 it's important 
to evaluate what working, and try to implement it to other parts of the community.
