I think I gave my answer.

Starting with the complete redevelopment of the core is way I see.
And I told that (at the moment for myself) writing drafts for parts I 
told in the mail.

Starting new gives us the power to forget all compatibility and 
concentrate on clear design of todays standard.

A one last statement that hurts really (and please don't reply until you 
thought about that a very long time).
TYPO3 IS NOT BUILD AROUND A DOCUMENT MODEL and that could be changed 
with a new beginning.
