[Typo3-dev] German "Umlaute" in flexforms

We can suport iso-8859-15 in the next TYPO3 release, but so far I have 
only seen wild guessings what's broken with flexforms.

All this meddling with forceCharset are work-arounds. Can some please 
dig into the problem itself, so there can be a real fix?
