[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 3.8.1 released - problem with 'kickstarter'

Agreed but I have had strange problem upgrading typo 3.7.0 to
3.8.0 and in one installation also from 3.8.0 to 3.8.1

The new 'kickstarter' caused syntax error to the temporaly
ext_localconf file.
The *next* plugin was <?phpsomething - no space after '<?php'!
I one installation the new worked but in
www.atwebteam.com I must install the old 'kickstarter'
