[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 3.8.1 released

TYPO3 itself and it's community have gained much by Michael's support.

So again here the fact: 3.8.1 is a bug fix release. This means no new 
extensions. TYPO3 ships currently with extensions in sysext and 
typo3/ext. This has been for such a long time, everbody should know that 
extensions should e installed in typo3conf/ext. So absolteky no 
3.8.1-specific warning is necessary.
