[Typo3-dev] Problem with ä, ö etc. scandinavian characters

Try setting the character set to ISO-8859-15. I'm not sure how exactly
Typo3 wants that specified ("iso-8859-15" or "8859-15" would be a place
to start i suppose), but your input is probably ISO-8859-15 and not
utf-8.
