This would be nice for newbies, but requires different default-sites ;) 
Do we have some non-obsolete templates and stuff for this? Or do you 
mean something different?

I remember there have been some efforts replacing the old "green", 
"glück", etc. templates with newer ones but I never saw any results, 
except maybe the accessibility gov-extension...
