I think it is a good idea that such a document is written, thanks
Dmitry,

Yes, good localization is important but remember that programmers are
usually not supermen that can do everything equally well. I personally
find it very time consuming and hard to implement localization in my
work. It really is something you do in the end (for many GOOD reasons)
and unfortunately there are rarely time. So when you finally implement
localization you really don't have a lot of energy to perfect it!

Therefore I will claim that the perfection must be applied by someone
else who will be energeticly supporting these poor programmers!

BTW: About meaning full key names: Yes of course, but with the new
locallang-XML format you can also enter a context for all labels! Again:
That is very rarely done because it is very time consuming. But for
instance it is done for the label "LGL.title" and "LGL.title_person" in
the file "sysext/lang/locallang_general.xml" where the english word is
"Title" in both cases - but the meaning is different: A title of a thing
(like a name) and an honorable title of a person (like "Dr. Martens").
