[Typo3-dev] Translation of extension

Hi

One nice enhancement to XML format could be an [optional] attrbiute to 
<label> tag named "comment". It could look something like this:

<label index="LGL.title" comment="A title of a thing">Title</title>
<label index="LGL.title_person" comment="An honorable title of a person 
(like &quot;Dr. Martens&quot;)">Title</label>

This hardens writing for developer a little ;) but simplifies a lot for 
translator (especially if new translation toll will support it).

BTW: About meaning full key names: Yes of course, but with the new
locallang-XML format you can also enter a context for all labels! Again:
That is very rarely done because it is very time consuming. But for
instance it is done for the label "LGL.title" and "LGL.title_person" in
the file "sysext/lang/locallang_general.xml" where the english word is
"Title" in both cases - but the meaning is different: A title of a thing
(like a name) and an honorable title of a person (like "Dr. Martens").
