I already found a solution ... I use the overrideValues of TCE
$tce->overrideValues['tx_oevpkalender_eintrag']['buero'] = $buero;

This is not clean ... nor is it a solution to resepect TCAdefault values
by default.


It would be interesting how to create BE modules which make use of TCEmain
but when records get inserted that TCAdefault values from TSConfigs get
respected ...
(I tried to call the function ->setDefaultsFromUserTS($userTS) before
process_datamap ... but it seems to take TSConfig from pages only)
