Well that is the unclean point than. You can never be sure that the
client will do a clean calculation. So it needs to be calculated on the
servers site. The ser

If you don't see the relation, it doesn't mean that it is unrealated. :-)

And that is probalbly the reason why you think you will need a timezone
flag in TCA. UTC is universial. Everywhere.
