yes i agree to store al timestamps in UTC.
but i think should be better to "show" them adding  [SYS][serverTimeZone]

for example the BE list of tt_news shows dates as UTC, if i open a record it shows my local time...

it seems that each area of the BE and exts works a bit by its way.. there is not a common rule about storing and showing datetimes..

i know the gremlins team has an open ticket to solve this thing.. let's hope!
