Absolutely, i just try to come up with an idea about it. 

Generally I'm in favor of letting this lists opinion count a lot on
release time as long as it doesn't compromise the general strategy which
is to have something _like_ periodical releases. Trying to make every
bug fixed and every feature perfect is impossible I can report from
experience.
