OK, I have overlooked this part:

If it should be a special property for advanced TS cracks, who no what 
they do, I have nothing against it. On the other hand - they could also 
make a class extension with a very special beaviour.

that's the point: we can not ignore the normal use of the rest of the world.

Additional title-support is fine, but not at the expense of more then 
90% of people.

I see but I would cancel the opportunity 1) because of political 
reasons. If it would become popular among TYPO3 developers, the others 
can say, this system does not support accessibility. As I wrote, many 
organisations and authorities are bound to the WCAG by law and must 
provide it.
