[Typo3-dev] controlling BE pagetree from extensions

Wait, I'm almost there. This info is in the $PAGES_TYPES array in stddb.php,
now I only need to figure out how to influence the doktype on record
insertion when the intern field is checked, pretty much. And also how to
make my extension ship its own icon and get the path right in the end.
