[Typo3-dev] Removal tool for typo3 copyright comment (extension SourceOptimization)

Hi!

Have a look at

As written in the manual, the extension SourceOptimization 
<http://typo3.org/1383.0.html?&tx_extrepmgm_pi1%5Bmode%5D=1&tx_extrepmgm_pi1%5BshowUid%5D=1338> 
has configuration parameters to remove the typo3 copyright comment out 
of the output. I don't think this extension should be available on 
typo3.org .
