[Typo3-dev] Alternative to LOAD DATA INFILE

Hello!
 
I get the impression that using " LOAD DATA INFILE ..." as a means to
load data into MyPhp DB is forbidden by my Typo3 Service Provider, for
security reasons.
 
Is there an easy way around this? I hope I am not asking this (
beginners ? ) question in the wrong forum :-) ?
