[Typo3-dev] Postgresql compatibility

I am not currently working on postgresql compatibilty, but you'll
probably want to have a look at the DBAL which is currently being worked
on.

Some interesting URLs are:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/typo3xdev/ (if you have cvs installed on
a *NIX system you can get the DBAL with this command:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sf.net:/cvsroot/typo3xdev checkout tx_dbal)
