source is the source of typo3 (installed into /usr/share/typo3).
dummy is the dummy of typo3 (installed into /var/typo3).

No, the packages only contain the files of typo3. Other packages are
referenced by Depends or Recommends.

What do you mean with "documentation"?

The site-installer is not very useable and therefor removed from both
my site and the debian archive (at least the removal is requested).
