[Typo3-debian] Debian packages with TYPO3 3.8 available

I wrote a small script to install the typo3 3.8.1. You need for this
script a small file with the database connect data

Here are an example: 
[client]
host = localhost
user = root
password = asdf

You have to change pathes in the script
