[TYPO3-about] Typo3 4.5 end of maintenance

Hi,

from my point of view as a freelancer I won't be able to update all the 
project´s in time. But this is due to the customers who don't like to 
delegate the update. And as long as 4.5 is supported they don't need to.

Stop supporting 4.5, and after that the customers will have to update.
