[TYPO3-windows] Write permission to directories

I have given written permission to typo3temp/, typo3conf/,
typo3conf/localconf.php, uploads/ and their subdirectories as the
installation document told me, however when I try to enter the backend admin
window, I get this.

Did I miss any files/directories which needs written permission?
