[TYPO3-windows] Lots of mysql errors at install step 1

are you able to open this url: 
http://typo3test/typo3/install/index.php?TYPO3_INSTALL[type]=config ?

if so, scroll down the screen and specify a DB user with username & password 
who is allowed to connect to your database.
