[TYPO3-UG Italy] Direct Mail Subscription (Error)

Hi,

I Select Direct Mail
After I select an action: Fetch and compile mail content
and I click on: Fetch and compile content

But the answer is:
An error was encountered.
*The plain text content could not be fetched.*
*The HTML content could not be fetched.

Why?
