[TYPO3-UG Italy] aggiornamento non andato a buon fine!

Sono nel panico più totale! Oggi ho provato ad aggiornare typo3 dalla 
versione 4.0.1 alla 4.0.2 mendiate il pannello di controllo Fantastico 
ed ho avuto il seguente errore:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request.

.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use 
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Inoltre se provo a ripristinare il backup ho quest'errore...
Cannot find tslib/. Please set path by defining $configured_tslib_path 
in index.php.
