[TYPO3-UG India] Internal Server Error for folders start with "csh"

Thanks Ingmar for reply. As per your query Typo3 has created those folders.
I am just giving you the names of two folders

typo3/sysext/lang/cshimages/
typo3/mod/help/cshmanual

I changed the file permission but it's not working. I am looking for you
reply.
