[TYPO3-UG Australia] problems with extension manager

most extensions will have their HTML templates in the extension forlder
usually in the 'pi1' or 'res' folder
eg
typo3conf/ext/tt_news/pi1/news_template.tmpl

if you want to modify the template, copy it from the extension folder,
make changes and upload it to say "fileadmin/templates/"

then you have to select your new template using the constant editor.

hope this helps

Sustainability will be achieved by a
cultural change, not by technology.
