Cool - four is a great number for me (a training newbie).

Given the group seems comfortable with the install process, we'll dive
straight into configuring Typo to use custom templates -- the good
stuff!

I'll put together some course materials based on the following flow:

Session 1:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Configuring Typo to use your custom templates
- Installing the required extensions.
- Creating Typo compatible XHTML templates.
- Creating the CSS.
- Linking Typo to your templates.
- Testing your templates.
- Creating a simple text based Navigation system.
- Creating a simple graphics based Navigation system.

(Set aside a Saturday morning (9-12) for this session)

Session 2:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing and configuring Typo extensions
- Installing and customising the News extension
- Installing and customising the Search extension
- Configuring your site for Extranet capability (FEUsers/New login
Box/Redirect at Login)

(Set aside a Saturday morning (9-11) for this session)

I'll source some technology to provide shared desktop/audio capability
- and it would be great if you guys could have a fresh V4 install in
front of you so you can implement as we go.

Cost? -- pending availability of an open source shared desktop/audio
solution $20 a head should cover my coffee requirements for each
session ;-) --- I'll setup a paypal account for you to graciously part
with your hard earned cash.
