Hi Jason,

I would be happy to participate and pay a rate commensurate with the
length and quality content of the conference(s.

My interest would start from (c) onwards. Maybe also (b) if we are
talking about configuration tricks for production deployment on our own
Linux servers (we are also a hosting organisation).

I would need an outline/agenda/timing for each before commitment.

2. Would you be prepared to pay a fee to participate in the sessions?

(a)  Hell yeah - take my three level house on Ocean Road, Tamarama
(b)  Yep - more than happy to kick in $50
(c)  Ok - I think I've got a $20 note in here somewhere
(d)  You want what?
