Hi Paul, Bernie and others,

These are great ideas, i have to go away for the weekend, I will get 
onto it when I come back.

A constitution or some such agreement is essential - things like who 
owns the domain name may be important in later years.

Yes my focus is more marketing, and I think if we can all network our 
skills there will benefits.
