[TYPO3-workspace] Bug #43148 Not sending Workspace Notifications

Hi,

Please look again on Bug
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/43088
and on Bug
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/43148

these seems to be duplicates. And still exists in TYPO3 4.7.7.

There is a patch set 2 in #43088 but it didn't get it used.
The Bug is resolved, but I think this is noch correct, without this 
patch. I can not reopen the bug.

I tried the patch and it solves my problems.
