[TYPO3-workspace] How scalable are workspaces?

Okay.. the query probably comes from 
t3lib_pageselect::getMovePlaceholder() called by fixVersioningPid called 
by getRootLine.

I don't know, if this could be optimized somehow. At least it seems to 
not only get the rootline of the current page (only once).

Would be nice, if one of you could get back to me. I'm currently unable 
to use WS :(
