[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #12534: Positioning of toolbar in IE6

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The toolbar is misaligned in IE6.

Solution:
Add border: 1px none;

Note:
Attached patch triggers only IE6 (using star-hack).
Credits to Markus Antecki.
He also can't explain, why adding the border property helps. I could 
imagine that it triggers IE's hasLayout option, which adjusts the 
rendering. But that's only guessing and unimportant ;)
