Problem:
Slider element is not always visible during the dragging process - 
especially happens if you start a dragging process but drag the mouse 
out of the slider-area itself.

Solution:
Add the missing CSS class definition which is missing in the current setup.

Additional information:
As discussed during the weekly meeting, the attached patch was committed 
to trunk (rev 3980).
