Problem:
The "Allow members to edit records in "Review" stage" column / feature 
isn't used anymore and for the sake of a clean user interface it should 
be removed from the workspace record.

Solution:
Guess what ;)

Additional information:
If nobody objects this will be committed after 24hrs.
