[TYPO3-workspace] FYI #12333: "Un-Publish:" should be hidden

As discussed in the meeting today the following changes were committed 
to SVN Trunk (rev. 3851)

Type: Bugfix

Problem:
The "unpublish" feature isn't working therefore the field should not 
show up by default

Solution:
displayCond=>false is how I like to resolve such things.
