[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #11832: Versioning - t3lib_extMgm::createListViewLink() function no longer available

Problem: 
The t3lib_extMgm::createListViewLink() function has been removed from TYPO3 Core in TYPO3 4.5beta3.  The Versioning extension cm1/index.php file is affected.

Solution: 
Replace affected function call with call to t3lib_BEfunc::getListViewLink() function.  Patch attached.

This patch follows the pattern established in Core changes (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=15686)
