[TYPO3-workspace] Issues and Introductions

This list seems to be mostly used for business items (change announcements, reviews) so please pardon this small spam.   By way of introduction, my name is Mark Johnston, using TYPO3 here in Seattle, Washington USA. 

First, I want to express to the list how much I appreciate the thoughtful review, development and improvements this team has been making in the TYPO3 Workspaces and Versioning capabilities for TYPO3 4.5 and beyond .  I've been watching with interest because this feature is important in my world where we hope to encourage non-technical volunteers to contribute news items and the like on an occasional basis.  Workspaces and Versioning provide an essential "safety net" to help make such encouragement possible. 

I've recently installed TYPO3 4.5beta3 on a test basis as an upgrade to a site that already has a Custom Workspace installed.  As a result of my experience I have raised my voice in the Workspaces and Versioning Issues department on the TYPO3 Forge site .  I've tried to follow the social conventions I've observed, but I'm sure I still have a lot to learn.  If I can be helpful in any way I hope you will not hesitate to contact me.
