[TYPO3-workspace] FYI: #11131 - Usability: labels improvements

The following changes were committed to SVN Trunk rev. 3109

Problem:
Some labels in the workspace module/environment are quite technical and 
maybe confusing. "Live Workspace" in preview should be "Live site". 
"Enable frontend preview" should be "Enable comparsion view" and then 
the checked icon needs to be the other way round.

Solution:
Two patches needed, one for the workspace module and one for the LANG 
change of label "Enable frontend preview"

Patch for the LANG extension is in core list.
