It does solve the issue. It's not really nice, as the area where the 
users list appears is quite small and thus involves a lot of scrolling, 
but of course it's better than an unusable window ;-)

I don't know how those modal windows work in ExtJS. Isn't it possible to 
make them use more screen space automatically? Of course, it would also 
become awkward if it became too large... Anyway I can live with the 
proposed solution.
