Problem:
If you've a large amount if recipient for certain workspace-stages the 
actual message-window might grow without bounds.

Solution:
The attached patch adds a max-height restriction for the recipients list.

Additional information:

Yes I tried "boxMaxHeight" but this didn't work at all, therefore I 
picked the pragmatic old skool way to resolve this - feel free to prove 
me wrong and show that there's a ExtJS build-in way to fix this ;)

If nobody objects this will be committed after 72hrs.
