[TYPO3-workspace] FYI: #11318: workspaces task miss title

The following changes were committed to SVN Trunk (rev. 3396)

Problem:
The scheduler-task LLL label was configured wrong after we move the 
locallang-files to the Resource folder.

Solution:
Attached patch changed the LLL-keys to point to the right file.
