[TYPO3-workspace] Status of various features?

One more thing:

5) when choosing the mass action "Publish", everything in the workspace 
was published, no matter where I was place in the page tree. I would 
have expected only the changes that were displayed in the workspaces BE 
module to be published, but changes that were "above" my current 
location in the page tree were published too. Again is that a known bug 
or should I open a report?
