[TYPO3-workspace] Status of various features?

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out the status of certain features in the 
"workspaces" development without going through all the Forge issues, so 
please bear with me if some questions could have been answered by going 
through that.

1) custom stages: are implemented, but the "Send record to next stage" 
button in the workspaces module does not seem to do anything. A window 
pops up, but as far as I can tell the stage was not changed. The same 
happens when selecting a record and choosing an action from the bottom 
menu. Is this part still being developed or is it a bug?
2) on the same topic, the window that pops up when trying to change 
stage shows the list of users addressed by the change with checkboxes. 
When there are lots of users, the popup window larger than the browser 
window and some parts of it cannot be accessed. Is this a known bug or 
should I report it?
3) when hovering over record in the "workspaces" module, the only 
versioning-related action proposed is "Swap". Why is there not 
"Publish"? Is that related to a setting?
4) what is the reason that the actions available in the action menu do 
not match those of the mass action menu? If yes, then maybe the naming 
of the "default" label (i.e. "choose Action") could be changed to 
something like "change stage".
