Interesting that you mention that, as I have it on screen right now.
Actually there is no chance to customize or translate this email, as it
is hardcoded in core. ;-(

But that leads to my question: If one makes a patch on what ever, what
version to make the patch against? 4.2 or 4.3?

What is the "vs." in between? What do you understand as "staging" without
workspace/workflow?
